Dyallo might need help

Player jem79c was about to attack Dyallo. I was able to talk him out of attacking, but he might attack later. I don't have a strong enough fleet to defend or retaliate against him, so if anyone can be prepared to help if he does attack, it would be appreciated.
When I espionaged him he had 20 rocket launchers, 14 Light laser. He also had 12 ships out at the time. I’m guessing a few are cargo ships, but most are probably Heavy fighter or Cruisers.
